Job Description:

Under general supervision, to provide high quality customer service to our members and guests. Perform assigned golf operational activities and perform other duties as required.

Specific Responsibilities - Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform assigned activities and functions relating to golf operations in accordance with established Bridges policies. These activities may include: starting functions such as taking reservations and assigning the play of golfers; collecting greens fees and golf club rental.
  • Check in customers and assign golf carts. Maintain logs
  • Assist golfers/customers with merchandise questions.
  • Cash out golfers/customers and maintain and monitor the front counter.
  • Ensure merchandise displays are maintained.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pro shop.
  • Handle customer service requests of golfers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist with merchandise inventory when needed
  • Enforces all rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course, golf carts and other golf facilities.
  • Coordinates and performs specialized projects, programs or operational work as required.
  • May assist in special events and assists with other operations as needed.
